The route starts along the dirt path of the very suggestive Villa di Tiberio, overlooking the sea, from
where you can admire the cliffs of the east coast of Sperlonga.
We will reach the National Archaeological Museum of the Cave of Tiberio and Sperlonga (visit).
A cycle path leads to the upper part of Sperlonga and it is worth a visit to the quaint village. The route continues along a dirt track that climbs up the mountains overlooking Sperlonga with a panoramic view of all the Pontine islands. A dirt road of medium difficulty leads to Monti Cecubi
winery where it is possible to stop and taste the farm's products (olive oil, olives, wine, etc.)
After the visit to the winery we will return to Sperlongan asphalt you return to Sperlonga.
It is possible to reach Monti Cecubi winery taking the panoramic road Sperlonga-Itri, thus avoiding the most difficult part of the route and reducing the difficulty
